Through ZorgDomein. Allow one business day; after 17:00 or at the weekend it starts on the next working day.

Show the barcode from the ZorgDomein email, along with valid photo ID. No BSN? Then bring your printed referral form instead.

Frequently asked questions
Can I get my report on the day I order?
No. After you order, we request a referral through ZorgDomein, and that takes one business day. Then you get your blood drawn at a partner site. Only from that draw does the test's turnaround estimate start: for most tests here that is 48 hours at most, for the rest up to 72 hours.
What does the turnaround estimate mean?
It is the maximum processing time the performing laboratory states for that determination. It is an estimate given up front, not a promise for your individual order. Some determinations come back sooner, and the clock starts at the blood draw.
Do I need a referral from my GP?
No. You order yourself and we request the referral for you through ZorgDomein. You receive an email carrying a barcode; that is what you show at the draw site. Without a BSN you print the referral form through the link in that email.
What do I bring to the draw site?
Two things: valid photo ID and the barcode from your ZorgDomein email. Showing it on your phone is fine. If you have no Dutch BSN, print the referral form from the ZorgDomein patient portal.
Why are some blood tests missing from this site?
We only sell determinations with an estimated turnaround of up to 72 hours. If a determination takes longer, it is not in this catalogue. That is what keeps this site's promise true.
Do I get an explanation with my results?
For each value you see the number, the unit and the reference range in your secure account. A doctor's assessment is not part of this site. For what the results mean for you, and for treatment decisions, take them to your GP.
Where can I get my blood drawn?
At a draw site in the network of independent, certified laboratories we partner with. Those locations are not ours; they are operated by those laboratories. The address and opening hours are on each location page.
Can I just walk in?
Opening hours differ per location, and not every draw site accepts walk-ins. Check the page of the draw site you plan to visit before you go.
